Meeting with students are scheduled on the first and last Fridays of each English month. The designated time for meeting is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the afternoon.
Parents or guardians are not allowed to allow any student other than their own daughter to use a mobile phone. The mobile phone must be kept in the presence of the student at all times. Failure to comply may result in phone confiscation, a fine of 1500 taka, or disciplinary action by the madrasa authorities.
After completing the interview, parents or guardians must inform the authorities of the student's departure from the hostel. This should be done within the hostel premises.
